After having bought, used, thrown away or returned numerous griddles, sometimes wondering if I was a special kind of idiot who couldn't use or properly care for something as simple as a griddle, I have finally found one that delivers not only ample cooking surface with no sticking, but unlike others, is easy to clean and does not allow anything to adhere to it's surface.
