I was very pleased to upgrade from a smaller panini grill that has impossible to clean well. I mainly purchased this G100 (GRP100)because of the removable plates for easy cleaning and LARGE 100 sq in. cooking surface. I also liked the built in timer. Heating takes a little longer to get food prepped; but I'm in no hurry. Chicken tastes SO GOOD after I marinate for a day and I'm able to lay down 6+ breasts. Grills thoroughly. I like to eat healthy so I look forward to cooking veggie patties and grillin' vegetables. I may make pancakes with 3rd pan included. LOVE that there are 2 cleaning/scraping spatulas and 2 grease trays included.

I purchased this product to help me eat healthier. It has interchangeable plates so if need a griddle for pancakes I just simply switch the plates from the grill plates to the griddle plate. It is easy to clean and cooks great. I would recommend this to anyone.

We requested this grill for our wedding in 2010 and got it as a gift. It stayed in the box for almost a year before we used it. While the cooking area was great, and unlike my old one, the plates were removable for easy cleaning, we soon started to notice how cheap it actualy was. The cord was so short, we had to use an extention cord to plug it in. The plastic clip on the sides of one of the plates cracked after one use. I robbed one off the flat plate, and it cracked as well two uses later. Yet another split a couple uses after that. The final issue for me happened yesterday. I grabbed the bar to open the grill and it snapped off at is connection piont with the grill. It took a piece of the metal that it screwed into so I can't fix it. I guess I'm going to throw it away. What a waste.
